Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Agreement
By using Linkle (the iPhone and iPad app, the website, the Chrome extension and the Telegram bot) or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Linkle. Linkle is built and run by the Linkle team.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkle.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for not sharing your password or sign-in codes.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. If you notice any unauthorised use, write to us right away.
The service
- Linkle stores the links you save, reads the pages and uses AI to write a title, summary and tags.
- Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check the original page before relying on them.
- Linkle is currently free. We may change, add or remove features. If a paid feature is introduced, we will say so clearly in advance.
Your content
- Your notes, collections and the links you save are yours.
- You allow us to store and process them (for example, reading a page to summarise it) and to show them to you, so that we can provide the service. This permission ends when you delete your account.
- The pages your links point to belong to others. Linkle only extracts a short summary and does not republish them.
What you must not do
- Use Linkle for anything illegal, to infringe others’ rights or to spread harmful content.
- Attack or overload the service, use it in bulk with automated tools, or try to get around security measures or usage limits.
- Access someone else’s account or use the Telegram bot for unsolicited messages.
Third-party services
Sign in with Apple, Telegram, the App Store and the Chrome Web Store are subject to their own terms. For the iPhone and iPad app, Apple’s standard end user licence agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Linkle.
Ending
You can close your account at any time with Profile → Delete account; your data is deleted for good. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where possible.
Liability
Linkle is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will run without interruption or errors. We take care to protect your data, but we recommend keeping another copy of links that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using Linkle. This doesn’t limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date and announce important changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use Linkle afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
